Ryan Tattle
Ryan Tattle
Chief Revenue Officer & Interim Chief Executive Officer

Having joined Vitura in 2019, Ryan Tattle has extensive knowledge of the medicinal cannabis industry with a focus on execution, backed by a passion for commercial strategy, distribution and regulatory compliance. Ryan has played a key role in the growth of the BHC distribution operation, as well as being a driving force behind the creation, evolution and rollout of the Canview platform. Ryan was initially appointed National Distribution Manager of Vitura in December 2021 and as Commercial Operations Manager in December 2022. In May 2023 Ryan was appointed Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to joining Vitura, Ryan gained extensive start-up experience in a range of industries, including an American medical focused product development company where he oversaw a global supply chain, clinical trials and a national distribution network. He has previously developed and run an online multi-sided marketplace where he gained a deep understanding of the intricacies around platform and ecosystem strategy.

Andrew Cook
Chief Financial Officer | Commencing Feb 9

Andrew Cook is an experienced finance executive with over 20 years’ international experience in senior leadership roles across a range of industries. He has a strong track record of delivery within large, complex organisations and has held senior positions at Energy Queensland, Origin Energy and SABMiller.

Most recently, Andrew served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of AnteoTech Limited. Andrew is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an Honours degree in Accounting. He is based in Queensland and will commence as Chief Financial Officer of Vitura Health Limited during Q3 FY2026.

Nicola Swarbrick
Chief Operating Officer

Nicola joined Vitura in August 2024 as the group's Chief Operating Officer. She is a seasoned professional with over 30 years experience in a variety of senior commercial leadership roles across hospitality, multi site retail, sales, leasing and strategic planning & delivery.  Her roles have included National Business Improvement Manager Bunnings, General Manager Telstra WA, General Manager Tabcorp for NSW Lotteries and Golden Casket, Head Of Growth RFG and most recently COO of NightOwl Convenience.

She has had State, National and International accountabilities that rely heavily on the establishment, maintenance and improvement of governance connected to strict regulatory environments and the high performance teams that deliver strategy and execute operational outcomes. 
Toni Cohen
Chief Marketing Officer

Toni was appointed as Chief Marketing Officer of Vitura in January 2025. With over 20 years of experience in Marketing, Innovation & Strategy, Toni brings a proven track record of driving exceptional commercial outcomes for market-leading brands across diverse industries, including food, beverage, supplement and pharmaceutical segments. Known for her entrepreneurial mindset, Toni combines creative vision with a sharp business acumen to deliver business, category and portfolio growth both in Australia and international markets. Toni is an engaging leader who thrives on empowering teams to exceed expectations, while also being hands-on when needed to ensure success. Her strategic and results-driven approach has earned her a reputation for consistently delivering outcomes, that create lasting value. What truly motivates Toni is the opportunity to 'make a difference,' and she’s known for her passion and relentless drive to get things done.  

Dr. Stefan Schmidt
Chief Technology Officer

Dr Schmidt was appointed as Chief Technology Officer of Vitura in September 2024. Stefan brings over 20 years of experience in the field of software engineering and product management, having led the design and architecture for a variety of companies. Prior to joining Vitura, Stefan was Chief Product and Technology officer of HealthyLife / Woolworths Group (ASX:WOW). In this role, he established and led the digital team from inception of a new platform which is made up of e-Commerce, ERP, CRM, analytics and logistics components. In this role Stefan also established the HealthyLife Food Tracker. Prior to HealthyLife, Stefan established the digital team and platform for a new digital native business - Felix mobile - for Vodafone / TPG (ASX:TPG). Stefan has obtained extensive start-up and scale-up experience and enjoys highly collaborative, fast-paced environments to produce innovative solutions to market problems.

Stefan holds a BSc in Software Systems Engineering, MS in IT and a PhD in Computing Science.

Josh Wolff
General Counsel and Manager of Regulatory Affairs 

Josh Wolff joined Vitura Health in February 2025 as General Counsel and Manager of Regulatory Affairs. With over 15 years of experience advising senior leaders on legal strategy and best practices, he brings a deep understanding of legislation, commercial risk and compliance to his role. Josh is renowned for his ability to analyse complex transactions, policies and regulatory frameworks – providing executive teams with robust, strategic legal counsel that adapts to evolving market conditions. A passionate leader and dedicated team builder, Josh has a proven track record of nurturing talent and fostering knowledge sharing across legal, operations and broader business functions. His comprehensive expertise in commercial and corporate compliance, coupled with proactive risk management strategies, has consistently informed sound decision-making and driven sustainable business outcomes. In addition, Josh’s prior experience as a Company Secretary has honed his capacity to support executive leadership and Boards in shaping strategic policy, ensuring that Vitura Health maintains the highest standards of corporate compliance in today’s dynamic regulatory landscape.
